Reconciliation

Every Saturday from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM
Anytime by appointment with the pastor
Communal services are celebrated in Advent and Lent
Other nearby parishes also offer various scheduled times

Anointing of the Sick, (Hospital, Nursing Home, Homebound)

Contact the pastor if you or a loved one is in the hospital or nursing home, facing surgery, or dealing with the difficulties of advancing age. Generally a person can be anointed each month. The Eucharist can also be brought to them.

Matrimony

Contact the pastor at least 6 months before the anticipated date for preparation.

Couples will
  -meet with the pastor for the preparation of canonical forms,
  -use the FOCCUS (Facilitating Our Christian Communication preparation instrument),
  -meet with a sponsor couple to review FOCCUS results,
  -and attend the diocesan preparation sessions (2 Saturdays).

Dates are not set until after the FOCCUS sessions are complete.

Baptism of Infants

Contact the pastor for a class on the meaning of baptism and the responsibilities that baptizing a child entails.

Baptism of Adults (the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults or R.C.I.A.)

Contact the pastor for preparation. This will usually entail a class starting in the fall and continuing to Easter.

Joining the Catholic Church if already a Christian

Contact the pastor for preparation. The will usually entail a class starting in the fall and continuing to Easter.

Confirmation of Adults

Contact the pastor for information. After a visit, a plan will be made as to the best way to prepare for this sacrament depending on the person's knowledge and background.
